Boasting 4,500 square feet of living space, the home features two master suites with king-size beds; a media room with a high-definition, flat-screen television, state-of-the-art surround sound, and a video and music library; and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a breezy lanai fronting a gorgeous 360 degree infinity pool; and a third-story lookout tower that provides 360 degree views from the sunrise over Mauna Kea to the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

The villa also offers two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds and private bathrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a flat-screen television, and an iPod dock. Other special amenities include high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the home, a restful hammock hanging between two palm trees on the villa’s beautifully-landscaped grounds, three kayaks, snorkeling gear, and a gas grill for cookouts on the patio next to the pool.
